Client Servicing Executive

Location: India

Overview:

Location: Gurgaon, Full – time (5days working)

Experience: 1–2 years in Affiliate marketing

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Client Servicing executive to manage and grow our affiliate marketing campaigns across Domestic & International markets with in-depth knowledge of web and mobile platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of affiliate marketing concepts, campaign analytics, and models like CPL, CPI, CPA, and CPS

About this role:

  •  Drive revenue growth across assigned performance marketing campaigns. 
  • Leverage cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value and campaign potential. 
  • Possess strong understanding of CPL, CPI, CPS, CPA, and other affiliate marketing models. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent and effective communication. 
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to enhance retention and satisfaction. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements and expectations. 
  • Monitor, forecast, and track key account metrics and campaign performance. 
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of Affiliate marketing

Requirements:

  •  1- 2 years of experience in Affiliate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate terminologies and models (CPL, CPI, CPA, CPS).  
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred

We are looking for a Business Development Manager. The Marketing & Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential brands and clients, pitching digital marketing solutions, and closing deals. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of sales experience in a digital marketing agency and a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem.

About this role:

  • Identify, reach out to, and generate leads for potential clients needing digital marketing, social media, or performance marketing services.
  • Pitch our agency’s services to startups, SMEs, and brands through email, LinkedIn, cold calls, or in-person meetings.
  • Understand client requirements and customize pitches accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team to create proposals and presentations.
  • Maintain and update a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and report on progress.
  • Build long-term relationships with prospects and onboard them smoothly.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales/business development in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (social media, SEO, performance marketing, etc.).

Accounts Executive

Location: India

Overview:

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Qualification: Graduate in B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)

Location: Gurgaon, 5 Days working

We are seeking an Accounts Executive with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of basic accounting and finance principles, be proficient in Excel, Tally, Google Sheets, and Tally Prime software, and have hands-on experience with GST and TDS returns preparation. The candidate should also be familiar with Zoho software for streamlined accounting tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow in the field of finance and accounting.

About this role:

  • Accounting & Bookkeeping:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally Prime and Zoho software.
  • Process invoices, payments, receipts, and other accounting entries.
  • Reconcile accounts and bank statements.
  • Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliation.
  • GST & TDS Returns:
  • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other applicable returns).
  • Calculate and prepare TDS returns, ensuring timely filing and compliance with applicable tax laws.
  • Liaise with tax authorities regarding any GST and TDS-related queries.
  • Excel & Google Sheets Reporting:
  • Prepare financial reports, summaries, and analysis using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Create and manage accounting-related spreadsheets to track transactions, budget forecasts, and other financial data.
  • Software Proficiency:
  • Utilize Tally Prime for day-to-day accounting tasks, including generating financial statements and reports.
  • Utilize Zoho for managing accounting functions and collaborating with the team.
  • Basic Finance Knowledge:
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Provide support in auditing activities and preparation of financial statements.

 

Requirements:

    • Educational Requirements:
      • Graduate in B.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.
    • Technical Skills:
      • Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
      • Hands-on experience with Tally Prime software for accounting tasks.
      • Proficiency in Google Sheets.
      • Familiarity with Zoho software for accounting operations.
      • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
      • Taxation Knowledge: Good knowledge of GST (Goods and Services Tax) laws and filing of GST returns.
      • Experience in preparing and filing TDS returns.
      • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
    • Other Requirements:
      • Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
